Welcome!
If you are on the Oregon Coast and looking for a hands on glass blowing experience schedule a time to come and see us. Jeff has been blowing glass since 2006 and teaching almost as long, he loves what he does and sharing the process with others.
Overview:
To schedule a class make a reservation online. (If you need help scheduling or are interested in larger items please give us a call and we’d be happy to assist you.) When you come for class you’ll want to wear closed toed shoes and lightweight clothing. Please come about 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and pick colors. You will then follow Jeff into the hot shop and he’ll give you an overview of the tools, equipment and the steps involved in making your piece. Once you get started you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and get involved as much or as little as you feel comfortable with close guidance and step by step instruction the whole way. You’ll wrap up by watching Jeff tuck the piece into the annealer, have your cameras ready because once inside he’ll close it up so it can cool slowly over the next 12 hours. You’ll be able to pick up your piece the following afternoon or we can ship to you at an additional cost.
*Please wear closed toed shoes and light weight clothing for your class.
